After breakfast, venture into the magical Istrian hilltop towns of Grožnjan and Motovun. Walk the ancient cobblestone streets, meet local artists, and explore the town’s quaint cafes. Then, prepare for a private forest truffle hunt with a local guide and his trained truffle hunting dogs! We’ll end our adventure with a cooking demo with traditional truffle specialties for lunch.

Explore the stunning scenery of Istria by sea on a private yacht excursion. On your excursion, you will have access to paddle boards, snorkeling, and fishing equipment. Local snacks, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

Taste your way around Chiavalon, Istria’s most famous olive oil farm. You will learn the story of their family, how they began as olive growers and producers, and how olive oil has greatly influenced this region ever since the Roman Empire. Enjoy a walk through the olive grove and mill while learning about the production phases of extra virgin olive oil today. Dive into the tasting, with an expert guide, of four different extra virgin olive oils and learn how to recognize the properties and characteristics of premium extra virgin olive oils on the market and how to pair them with different food. Tastings are served with traditional snacks from local producers and authentic Istrian Malvasia wine.

Today, you venture to Kozlovic Winery in the stunning hills of Momjan where you will do a guided tasting of five wines from the vineyards Vale and Santa Lucia. The wines will be accompanied by five specially created small dishes based on the tradition of the Istrian region.
